Films of 1974 will be the theme of an in-person class sponsored by the Montpelier Senior Activity Center and held at the Savoy Theater. The class will begin on Monday, January 8, at 10:00 AM and continue for seven Monday mornings. My Winter 2024 Zoom film classes will begin on Thursday, January 25, and continue for seven more Thursdays at 10:00 AM. The subjects will include The Film Scores of Aaron Copland, Greenwich Village in the Movies, Courtroom Dramas and Comedies, plus an interview with Alison Macor, author of Making The Best Years of Our Lives.
